Standards and Integrity

The Standards and Integrity Unit aims to ensure that line Departments across the Public Service are kept abreast of the latest procedures and policies regarding disciplinary procedures, whilst ensuring that officers are adequately trained and equipped on procedures regarding the processing of disciplinary/criminal cases.  To this end, the Standards and Integrity Unit provides advice and ​assistance to line departments on matters related to discipline, as well as delivers training for management and HR officers who process disciplinary cases. 

The Unit also aims to provide guidelines on matters regarding professional behaviour, as well as on political participation of public officers.
